Cancellations and refunds: Tours booked whilst within South African borders: A full refund of the Tour Price will apply if notice of cancellation is provided 72 hours prior to pick-up time. A 50% forfeiture of the Tour Price will apply if notice is given within 48 hours prior to pick-up time, thereafter the full Tour Price will be forfeited.
Tours booked whilst outside South African borders: A full refund of the Tour Price will apply if notice of cancellation is provided 45 days prior to arrival. A 15% forfeiture of the Tour Price will apply if notice is given within 45 to 36 days prior to arrival, thereafter 25% if provided within 35 to 16 days, thereafter the full Tour Price will be forfeited.
